Extra persons and charges: No extra persons are permitted above 2 persons in our rooms except the Vernal Falls Room, up to but not exceeding 3 guests, and El Capitan Cottage, up to but not exceeding 6 guests. All other rooms allow only for a maximum of 2 guests. A $25 per guest per night charge for guests 11 or older will be applied for any additional persons above the listed normal room occupancy of 2 (except El Capitan Cottage of 4 persons), children 10 or under are free. When guests arriving at Nature’s Inn B&B with any guests above the maximum room occupancy there will an additional charge of $25 per guest per night regardless of age, this includes children.
For example: Vernal Falls room has a normal occupancy of 2 persons, with an option for an additional 3rd guest. If the 3rd guest is 10 or younger that guest stays free. If there are 4 guests for that room (regardless of the age of the 4th guest), this exceeds the maximum room occupancy and an additional charge of $25 will be charged.
Reservations: A two night reservation is required all year round. The total is due upon arrival. We are unable to accept personal checks for payments. Changing your booking after your initial reservation may affect the rate and/or availability of rooms.
Deposits and Cancellations: For Direct Bookings, the total of your reservation will be charged on the day of your arrival — unless other arrangements are made in advance. Cancellations made with less than 14 days are not refundable, and your stay will be charged in full to the credit card provided. Departure before your scheduled departure date will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly; so we strictly adhere to our stated policies.
Pets: If you would like to bring your dog as a guest, please call and speak with us. There is an additional $25 fee per night. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the beds or on furniture. Pets should never be left unattended for extended amounts of time. We understand accidents may happen, if significant damage is done to the room, an addition fee may be applied to the credit card on file. You will be charged a fee if found to be violating the pet policy.
Smoking: Out of courtesy to our other guests, there is no smoking within any of the rooms, lodge or cottage. Considerate smokers may smoke on the designated outdoor patios. We hope you will respect this rule. You will be charged a $150 cleaning fee if found to be violating the smoking policy.
